What it does

  • FLHAsHazards, controls and PPE for the task, a stop-work option, signatures, and "same as yesterday, re-checked" for repeat days. Foreman review and sign-off.
  • Toolbox talksTwenty ready topics, attendance on a shared iPad, a signature from each person, and a PDF record.
  • Incidents and near missesReport from the field with photos, investigate with five whys, track corrective actions to done and verified. Medical details stay with managers.
  • Inspections and trainingEquipment and site inspections with due dates, certifications and site orientations, and the emergency card for each job.

How it works on site

  1. Set each job's emergency info: hospital, muster point, first aiders.
  2. Each worker fills in the FLHA before starting. A work plan can require one first.
  3. Hold the toolbox talk and pass the iPad around to sign.
  4. Report incidents and near misses as they happen. The dashboard shows what's open.

Which plan includes it

Every plan has no caps on invoices, estimates, jobs, clients or drawings. Plans differ by features and included users.

Good to know. Reporting rules by province (what to report to the regulator and the WCB, and when) are built in as prompts for a manager, with anything we could not confirm marked "check with the regulator". It is not legal advice.
