What it does

  • Multi-page plan setsA PDF comes in as one sheet per page, grouped as a set, with the sheet labels from the PDF (E1.0, E2.1) when it has them.
  • Scale once, measure anywhereSet the scale from a known dimension. Lengths show in feet and inches or metres, whichever each person picked.
  • Symbols and layersReceptacles, switches, lights, alarms, panels and runs on their own layers, with Apple Pencil pressure and touch.
  • Takeoff to the estimateCounts of every symbol go into the estimate with your price book prices. Change the drawing and the count follows.

How it works on site

  1. Import the plan set PDF on the iPad, or start a blank drawing for a service call.
  2. Set the scale: tap both ends of a known dimension and type its length, like 12' 6" or 3.8 m.
  3. Place devices with the symbol bar. Rooms, doors and windows can be drawn for auto-placement.
  4. Open the estimate and pull in the takeoff. Prices come from your price book.

Run the code check on the same sheet. See box placement and CEC checks.

Which plan includes it

Every plan has no caps on invoices, estimates, jobs, clients or drawings. Plans differ by features and included users.

Good to know. Plan sheets are stored with the job and work offline. Very large plan sets (20 dense sheets or more) are heavy on older iPads today; moving drawings to cloud file storage is on the list.
