What it does

Price book and takeoffMaterials and labour from your price book, counts from the drawing, wire from the wire runs, markup and labour rate from Settings.
Canadian tax by provinceHST in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces, GST plus PST in BC and Saskatchewan, RST in Manitoba, GST only in Alberta and the territories. Rates are dated, so old invoices keep their old rate.
PST the way contractors charge itBC real-property contracts, Saskatchewan PST on the whole contract, Manitoba RST on labour too: presets to start from, set per document.
Paid onlineA pay link on each invoice takes the card through your own Stripe account. The payment lands on the invoice by itself.

Send it by email from the app, or print it.
When it's accepted, turn it into a job, then into an invoice with change orders.
The customer pays by card from the link. Ageing shows who still owes you.

Good to know. The tax presets are a starting point, not tax advice: whether PST is charged on a contract depends on the work and the customer. Check with your accountant. Online payments need a Stripe account of your own (we can set it up for you). Your logo on estimates and invoices is coming.
