Free trial and deposit

New companies get a free trial (14 days unless we say otherwise) of the plan they choose. To start it we charge a deposit of CA$1.00 to the card you give us, to confirm the card is real. The deposit is credited to your first invoice.

When the trial ends, your subscription renews monthly at the plan's price (plus any extra users and applicable taxes) unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel any time from Billing in the app.

Your data

Your company's records belong to your company. You can export them at any time. Downgrading a plan never deletes data.
