What we collect at sign-up

Your company name and province, your name, your email and a password (stored only as a one-way hash). Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How long we keep it

If you start signing up but don't finish paying, we delete your name, email and password from the unfinished sign-up when the checkout page expires, and the rest of it after 30 days.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run Fishtape for us: Stripe (payments), our email provider (account emails), and our hosting provider. [List and data-centre locations to be confirmed.]
